Depending on your personal situation, all of your court documentation is prepared for you by simply filling out a questionaire, the documentation is then given to you for your signature. From there, all you do is submit the documentation to your county Court, pay the filing fee(which is different for every county). Once filed, you will receive a notice in the mail of your hearing date, which you may or may not have to attend depending on the particular county in which you live.
